Warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:


  • To initiate the warranty claim process, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form located on our website. This form will ask for your contact information, product details, and a description of the issue you're experiencing with your product. 

  • Once you've completed the form, please submit it by clicking the "Submit" buttonAfter you submit the form, our team will review your claim and contact you to confirm that we've received it. 

  • We will then assess the claim and determine if the issue is covered under our warranty policy. If the issue is covered, we will approve the claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

  • If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning the product for repair or replacement.
